FAQ

Questions before you text?

The most common things homeowners ask before getting started. Don't see your question? Text Sal directly.

How do I get a property maintenance quote?

Text Sal your address, service type, preferred timing and two property photos. Or use the 60-second estimate form on the homepage — it builds the text for you. Sal reviews and replies personally.

How much does lawn mowing cost?

Most standard lawns start at $40–$60 per visit depending on size, growth, access and condition. Text one wide lawn photo, one close-up and your address for an exact price.

Do I need to be home when Sal works?

No. Most customers aren't home. Sal accesses the property, does the work, and can send a completion photo when done.

Is Sal insured?

Core routes include Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Waterdown and Halton Hills. Selected GTA West work in Mississauga, Brampton and Ancaster is accepted by route fit and availability.

Can I book recurring service?

Sal monitors the forecast and will text if conditions aren't right. He reschedules to the next available slot — no cancelled jobs without notice, no surprise charges.

Do you remove grass clippings?

How fast do you respond after a snowstorm?

Seasonal snow customers get priority — Sal aims to have driveways clear before they need to leave in the morning. One-time snow jobs get a response within hours.

What equipment does Sal use?

Sal runs EGO commercial battery equipment — mower, trimmer, blower, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, pole saw and two-stage snowblower. Same power as gas, quieter, no fumes, no fuel spills.

Do you offer one-time service or only recurring?

Both. Most lawn and snow customers are on recurring schedules, but one-time jobs are always welcome. Text what you need.

What photos should I send?

Send one wide property photo, one close-up of the problem area, and one access photo showing gates, driveway, debris pile or snow route.

Do you remove debris, clippings or junk?

Yes when included in the quote. Disposal depends on volume, material type and access. Hazardous material is not accepted.

What if something is missed?

What payments do you accept?

Payment details are confirmed directly with Sal before work begins. Ask in the quote thread if you need a receipt or recurring-service arrangement.

Who will actually show up to do the work?
